I’m Kris, I’m an Industry Enthusiast with over 19 years of experience in the FOH. I joined CHOW because I want better for an industry I call home, and I want to be part of the positive change. I believe in the power of joining forces with like-minded humans who share common, overarching goals. I have a yardsale of lived experiences and losses woven into my life from my time inside and outside of restaurants, and there have been many times I’ve considered leaving the industry entirely, but I want to stay and fight for a better now.
