My name is Kimberly, an industry veteran with over two decades of working as a server, bartender, and sommelier, hijacking 24 restaurants in 3 countries, managing thousands of hangovers, hundreds of black out cash outs and more shots of Jameson then little me ever wants to admit. With determination, commitment and courage in Sept 2020 I had enough and I made the choice to get, and stay, clean and sober. Sadly however, I had to put the wine crank down, hang up the apron and say goodbye to the
industry I called home so I could be of service to myself and heal what was hiding in the silent screams no one else heard in the walk-in. I am honored to be a part of the CHOW team because they represent the voice of those silent screams, the tears in the coat check, the ones lost in the weeds, and even those, bless their souls, who have been 86’d and are no longer with us.
